This was a great experience the place is amazing and they all are very nice . Bring your car here was the best decision I made . Plz make sure u bring your car for the actually dealership where u bought if its a bigger dealership or to your car actually brand . They will take care of your car way better then small garage out there , that all they do is break your car or put old part into your car . No care after u drive off and your car starting to show more problems then was before . So plz ppl make sure to bring your car where they should be . Anyways I live here place and is close to my house and I love how nice and care they are .

I recently purchased a brand-new 2026 Nissan Pathfinder because I needed a bigger vehicle to comfortably fit all three of my children, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Our salesman, Von, was absolutely the best! From the beginning, he was incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful. Even the little things, like always holding the door open for me, stood out. I genuinely felt like I got to know him throughout the process, and he took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I needed. Everything felt friendly and comfortable, and I never felt pressured or pushed into anything. They also gave me a great deal on my trade-in and helped steer me in the right direction when choosing the essential packages for my Pathfinder. I really appreciated that they focused on what made sense for me instead of trying to oversell me on things I didn’t need. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Eric, the Finance Manager! He was amazing at walking me through all the fine details of the paperwork and making sure I understood everything before signing. He helped with getting me pre-approved and worked to get me the best deal possible. Usually a car buying experience is stressful but for the first time ever, I had an incredibly positive experience! This was our first time at Milford Nissan and Von, our salesperson, and Todd, the sales manager, and Eric in the finance office made the whole transaction super easy. No gimmicks or high pressure sales tactics…on the contrary, all were helpful and informative. They also helped my elderly mother in law with a new car lease and I was so impressed with Von and the kindness and patience he showed her. They were always so available for every question I had, and even though I had doubts about the car, they held it for me. They listened to all my preferences, respected my budget, and presented the perfect car for me—just as I wanted: tall, spacious, all-wheel drive, and colorful, because I’m not a fan of plain cars. The entire team was super polite and available. Whenever I had an issue or question, they were ready to help. My buying experience was excellent. At the last minute, I had to change my down payment, and Eric handled all the paperwork for me, with so much willingness. Everyone was super cheerful, we had great conversations, and they let me test drive the car as many times as I wanted.
