I scheduled oil change and tire rotation services here. They were able to do both and also work with the plan purchased through my dealership that covers the costs. They were also able to give me estimates on other services my car will be needing in the future.

Honest inspection, went for brakes change thinking they need replacement but they said it is in good condition.
When my son and I arrived Jim was right there ready to go but never pushy. I told him we were just there to look around and check out 1 or 2 cars I saw. He pointed us in the right direction but then let us roam until we were ready. He was personable and engaged my 11 year-old son the entire time. It was the smoothest car purchase I have ever had.

Always very professional, helpful, & courteous. Today I stopped to inquire if they would be able to do an oil change as I had to leave at a certain time for a doctors appointment. They made sure to get it completed and I was able to leave in plenty of time. I truly appreciated their concern for my timeline.

Emanuel Rau (or Manny) is by far the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, he didn’t hassle, and most importantly he was honest and straight to the point. He worked hard getting my truck titled, cleaned, and tuned up with a short time window. The finance manager and everyone else I spoke with were also great but Manny specifically was amazing.

My son had trouble with his car aa he heard a loud pop pulling into the driveway and couldn’t drive it. I called Milford Nissan and they were able to take it in last minute right before the holidays. We got it towed there and they were able to fix it within a couple of days and most of it was covered under an extended warranty. The communication was great!
Can’t say enough about Mr Kelly. Talked like a neighbor. Gave good advice. Never tried to sell me. Told me what he would do now and what could wait. I also loved his trick of telling me it could be an hour or an hour and 15 minutes and then getting it done in 45. Nice!
