I bought my car from this location and I continue coming here even as I move further to western MA because their service team is always putting in 100%. As a new driver, there were some things I wasn’t quite familiar with, like how to get inspection stickers or when to do an oil change. David from the service team was so helpful and patient with me (went in to get a replacement part recently) and he was very approachable even when faced with what many would call “dumb questions.” Highly recommend them!

I brought my car in because my service light was on. Was able to get a same day appointment. Techs did the diagnostic tests to see what the issue was. Car was fixed the same day for a reasonable price.
Great experience with basic oil change and rotation service. Time estimate was accurate and they found a leaking sensor and resolved under warranty. Very pleased.
I had my Altima in to check on a possible recall. While they checked, the service tech ran a safety inspection on the car. They noted my battery was failing and with this cold weather it could possibly fail. Mr. Franco, my service advisor recommended replacing the 2017 battery. This was completed and they brought tires up to specified pressure. I highly recommend this dealership and my service advisor Dave Franco. To me, he is a very valuable asset to this dealer and service dept.

The service team at Milford Nissan took great care of me and my 2013 Pathfinder. The auto was experiencing issues with the transmission. My wife and I visited Milford Nissan to check their inventory of low mileage pre-owned Muranos. We were greeted by Guy Bedau and in short order he showed us a couple of 2013 Muranos that were in great shape, competitively priced and which matched our stated budget. Together with Guy, we when online to KBB to judge the trade-in value of my 2006 Chrysler. After a test drive we were offered a fair price consistent with the KBB estimate. When I went to buy a pre-owned Juke from Milford Nissan, I was under pressure because I needed a car immediately. The dealership was great, especially Darren Chamberlin, who understood my situation and prepped the car himself while we worked out the financing with Jim Wood. Jim is also fantastic, by the way. The best service I have ever gotten from any car dealership. They even offered pizza when it got to be lunchtime. Nice, nice people. I will be back...hopefully not too soon though!
