I recently had a disappointing experience at Nucar Nissan of Norwood, where I was told my rear brake pads were at 1 mm thickness and needed replacement. This raised concerns because I had just replaced them 4 months earlier at Milford Nissan.
I went back to Milford Nissan to verify, and their team immediately took the time to check. They showed me my pads were actually at 6 mm thickness. They also provided a complimentary 4-wheel alignment check (something Nucar Nissan wanted to charge ~$160 for).

We visited last week to look at a used car we saw online. Von helped us with the car. He was helpful and friendly. After he left he continued to follow up with us and offer alternatives when we said that the original car would not work for us. Even though we decided not to buy the car, we appreciated his follow up and is helpfulness. We will definitely keep him in mind when shopping for vehicles in the future!

I walked in expecting the usual dealership runaround, but instead I was met with friendly, knowledgeable staff who clearly know their stuff and somehow made car parts fun. They were professional, efficient, and even managed to throw in a few laughs while helping me track down exactly what I needed. I just had my first auto purchase experience with Milford Nissan. It was one of the smoothest, no pressure experiences from start to finish. I started with an inquiry online, spoke with Courtney, she scheduled a time to meet with Wayne to test drive the vehicle. A family member recommended this place when I needed to get new tires. I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they managed to squeeze me in a few days later on Saturday. They were friendly, efficient, and helpful. They offered me a few choices for tires and I was able to choose one within my budget.
