Going to work is one of my absolute favorite things to do, besides eating and playing with the ball outside of course, because I get to greet all the customers as they walk through the door. I love people, and at Milford Nissan there is a constant stream of new people to meet. This means daily belly rubs and treats, as well as hanging out and playing with kids while their parents purchase a new vehicle! Boy they sure are lucky to drive off the lot in their brand new Nissan because nothing is better than going for a ride in a new and comfortable Nissan! The Nissan Altima is my favorite vehicle because it has a spacious backseat that I can stretch out in on the way to and from work.

I am from Mansfield, Ma and the father of 3 adult children that I am very proud of. I am fortunate to have my sons working here with me at Milford Nissan. I am also the father of four dogs, three of which are rescues and are amazing and very entertaining. My oldest dog, a black Labra-doodle named Chester, is at work at Milford Nissan every day. We’ve given him the official title of “Dealership Ambassador”. I am a beach bum on the weekends, spending time on Cape Cod with my family, friends and dogs. I love boating to Martha’s Vineyard and the Elizabeth Islands, enjoying the fresh air and beautiful scenery of the area. Cars have always been my passion and I am fortunate enough to have worked in the automobile industry for close to forty years. I have been with Nissan since 1979 as a factory executive and dealer. I could never have imagined that the brand would grow to where it is today. I absolutely love the re-designed Murano Platinum. It is luxurious, handles great and has a ton of cargo space which I need having four dogs. It’s beautifully styled and with all-wheel drive, it’s a great choice for New England.

It’s Monday morning, and Tony Chamoun is going to tell a couple of jokes. “It’s what I like to do,” “Tell a joke, break the ice.” Tony figures that most people who go into a car dealership are feeling a great deal of pressure, if only because they’re about to make a big investment. “There are a lot of people doing my job at a lot of dealers, I think I do it a little uniquely." “I meet every customer when they come in the door, put them at ease, make a joke, I don’t just meet with customers when there’s a problem. I’m out on the floor all the time." “People can be very nervous when they go to buy a car I try to put them at ease.” Tony has a theory of selling. “Selling is listening, not talking.” “I listen to the customer so they can tell me what they want,” he said. “I try to sell people the car they want, not the car I want to sell them.” As General Manager, Tony not only gets to talk with and help clients; he also is responsible for hiring, training and managing the sales staff, making sure they have the training and motivation they need to do the job. But, for Tony, it always comes back to personal relationships. "Customer contact is my favorite part of the job.” “I love this job, I really believe I was made to be in this business.” Tony enjoys creating personal relationships with customers and that he particularly enjoys creating and nurturing long-term relationships with customers who will keep coming back over the years and will send friends and family members to Milford Nissan to buy their next new or used vehicle. Tony does indeed love the business, but he knows there is a price to be paid for that love. “I think the hardest thing about the business is the hours. Kyle is a graduate from Northwood University, and is glad to be working in a business that he loves. Cars are a passion of his; he enjoys driving them as well as working on them. Outside of work Kyle can usually be found either down the cape out on the boat enjoying the great outdoors or at home relaxing with his dogs. He has 4 of them, one of which Chester comes to work every day with him. If you have been to the dealership chances are you have seen Chester walking around. For fun he loves to watch sports, especially football. The Nissan Pathfinder is Kyle’s favorite because it’s the best of a truck and a car in one. It’s spacious and can fit practically anything you would need but at the same time has the comfort and experience aspect of driving a car.

Todd has represented many other brands throughout his career but prefers the Nissan line up for its style, performance and affordability. When Todd is not working, he likes to spend time with his wife and 2 children. Whether it be at the beach or in the White Mountains, nothing is more important than spending time with his family. Jim resides in Marlboro Ma. He is an avid Patriots fan, as well as the Celtics and Red Sox. During the summer he tries to go to the Cape as much as possible, especially Martha’s Vineyard. During the winter he loves to go on ski trips with his family. Jim has 4 children, 3 girls and a boy. He loves to travel especially visiting some of his children who were in the Peace Corps. He has been to over 15 countries in the course of visiting them while they were away. Jim’s favorite Nissan vehicle would have to be the Murano Platinum because of the way it is styled. From the interior accent to the sleek look it has to the advanced technology it comes equipped with such as the around view monitor and reverse camera. These features make backing up and parallel parking much easier. The blind spot monitor is an additional safety feature that is included in this vehicle. Besides being extremely comfortable it drives and handles phenomenally!

Jan resides in Ashland Ma with his wife Cathy and daughter Crissy who is an EMT studying to become a paramedic. Jan also owns a condominium in Boynton Beach Florida and stays there any chance he can get away from work. Jan is very passionate about the car and service he gives to his large customer base he has developed over the years. In his spare time Jan spends time with his family and friends enjoying the Patriots and all Boston sports. During the summer months he spends time at the lake in Sebago Maine. Guy grew up in the Acton/Concord/Carlisle area, and combines both hands on technical experience with a B.A. degree from Tufts University. He has been a Sales and Leasing Consultant with Milford Nissan almost since we opened. Guy is Milford Nissan’s LEAF Specialist and now Municipal Contract / Fleetail Manager, having earned NISSAN’s first ever inclusion onto the MA State Contract for municipal vehicles (VEH98). In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family bicycling, skiing at Ward Hill, riding his Ducati 900SS and working on their 100-year old house.

Lisa started working at Milford Nissan in July of 2013. In the summer time, you can find her with her kids at their family home of 40 years in the Cape, or in Ogunquit, Maine at the beach. Winter is mostly reserved for her two basketball junkies but the occasional ski trip is always fun too! She enjoys cooking and entertaining friends and family, going to the movies and exploring new places. The Nissan Pathfinder is Lisa's favorite vehicle. Whether she and her family are packed in for a weekend away or carpooling for sports, this vehicle has all the room and power to carry it all. Murdoch came to work at Milford Nissan in July of 2014 from our owner Jeff Batta's other Nissan store in Marlboro where he worked as a Service Advisor for 11 years. He was only 19 when he began working for Marlboro Nissan and Jeff Batta as a parts truck driver and we are now proud that he is the Service Manager of Milford Nissan. He is married and has two amazing little girls. Outside of work he loves to do all sorts of outside activities that range from camping to playing sports. He likes to work out and to stay fit and nothing helps with that more than being up and about and staying active. Murdoch’s choice in Nissan Vehicles would have to be the Nissan Altima. Besides being a comfortable and reliable car it has great gas mileage, and can fit the whole family with ease.

Mike is a huge fan of racing and has two race cars himself. Mike doesn’t consider a car complete unless it has a supercharger strapped to it. Derek is from Rhode Island. He started working at Milford Nissan in the autumn of 2012; he has always been an automotive enthusiast which is one of the reasons why he likes working at a car dealership. He enjoys modifying all aspects of cars whether it is the performance of them, the suspension or audio/ video. Derek is a single dad of an amazing 4 year old boy… so he is now training a future gear head, and he couldn’t be any prouder of it. When not at work or with his son and he likes to attend car shows, swap- meets, etc. Derek has a wide range of other interest that range from autocross, off road power sports, to Lego-building with his son, camping and biking and taking road trips to nowhere and everywhere. Making memories with family and friends is what he loves to do the most. His favorite vehicle besides the GT-R would have to be the 4th Generation Nissan Maxima. It provides great bang for your buck. It has timeless body styling, and features an award winning engine, and is apportioned nicely with creature-comforts, even in today’s standards.

In Dylan’s free time he likes to take long road trips and see how many miles to the tank he can get before running out of gas. On the weekends he watches Lifetime movies & History specials on Netflix with his two cats. Dylan goes out for chicken wings every Tuesday. Besides his two cats he has 1 good friends, currently no kids, just cats, actually they are his brother’s cats but he is raising them. Drifting is one of Dylan’s favorite things to do. He is constantly working on and upgrading his cars to always make them more fun and interesting to drive around in. His favorite Nissan Vehicle would have to be the S13 240SX because out of all his cars this is his absolute favorite to drive!

Mark joined our team after working for only two other companies his entire life. He has always been in the Collision business and has a strong passion for it. At his last position he was trained by high line manufacturers on the proper procedures to repair their intricate design and safety features to high manufacturer standards. Mark has extensive body shop experience with all brands of vehicles, but especially high line brands such as Rolls Royce, Bentley, Range Rover where quality of work is more important than anything else. There is nothing Mark cannot handle when it comes to collision work. As well as being an expert on executing perfect body work he also is an expert on handling negotiations between insurance companies and will take care of your entire experience start to finish. Mark is a longtime Milford resident and grew up right in town. He still lives in Milford and is planning on building a new house for him and his family this year.
