They are very friendly. They texted to set up appointment and it was easy. They called to let me know it was ready. Excellent timing. Then I went to pay and I noticed an honest error on the bill. They did correct it and apologize. Unfortunately, they forgot to do the inspection it was dropped off for. They did apologize. They took it in immediately but it did take 25 minutes. I missed out on a lunch outing. The service that was done was great. Just a few hiccups, they made it right but I was disappointed.

Had my transmission fluid and oil changed today. They also fix the heat shield over my muffler, which was rattling. And they replaced the plastic clip that anchors the rod that holds up the hood. They did an excellent job, and friendly service.
